Worth it if your BRITA model fits
Worth it or skip it?
Worth it if
- Your BRITA pitcher or dispenser is not a Stream model, and you want the listed certified contaminant-reduction claim.
Skip it if
- You have not checked whether your BRITA pitcher or dispenser is a Stream model.
Key facts
Claimed lead reductionThe seller attributes this reduction claim to WQA NSF/ANSI certification; it is not a claim that lead is present in your water.
Check the model before buying
Buy this two-filter pack when your BRITA pitcher or dispenser is not a Stream model and the listed contaminant-reduction claim is what you want. Do not use the conflicting duration claims as your deciding factor.
Buy on AmazonA straightforward cartridge swap
At the sink, you swap the used cartridge in a BRITA pitcher or dispenser for one of these two Elite replacements.
What the claim actually supports
This pack is made for BRITA pitchers and dispensers, with the seller excluding Stream models. Its WQA NSF/ANSI-certified claim covers reduction of 99% of lead and 30+ named contaminants—useful evidence for that treatment goal, not proof every listed contaminant is in your water.
The real decision is model fit first, then whether that stated reduction matches your water report or treatment goal.
Before you choose
Are these filters compatible with BRITA Stream models?
No. The seller states that Elite filters fit BRITA pitchers and dispensers except Stream models.
What treatment result is claimed?
The seller claims WQA NSF/ANSI-certified reduction of 99% of lead and 30+ listed contaminants.
