Is the Graco On the Go Pack 'n worth it?
A top pick in Nursery on Amazon (#11 when we checked, Oct 22, 2026)
Worth it if you need a real travel crib with a full-size infant bassinet, quick push-button folding, and a carry bag for trips or flexible sleep space at home.
Good to know: If you need a playard with a specific size, weight, or compatibility feature, check those details before choosing this model.
A travel playard that folds with its bassinet
The 3am version of you is who this is really for. The Graco On the Go Pack 'n Play keeps its full-size infant bassinet folding with the playard, so setup does not require finding and attaching a separate sleeping section first. That means fewer parts to manage when you are getting a baby settled away from home.
The bassinet is designed to give you an easy-to-reach, easy-to-view spot for your baby to sleep. That is a practical difference during the early months, when you want the sleeping space close and visible. The soft-toy bar adds something for awake time, while the playard remains a separate space for travel and everyday use.
Folding feet and wheels help the frame make a more compact fold than other Graco playards, according to the listing. The signature push-button fold then handles the closing step, and the included carry bag gives you a way to move and store the packed playard. The result is a travel crib built around fewer setup decisions, which is exactly what helps on busy days.
You get the playard, full-size bassinet, toy bar, and carry bag in one package. That gives you a sleep space, a place for awake time, and a way to pack it away without buying those core pieces separately.
Great for
- Families traveling with an infant
- Homes that need a flexible extra sleep space
- Parents who want the bassinet to fold with the playard
- Trips where a carry bag and wheels are useful
- Caregivers who value quick push-button folding
Maybe not for you if
- You need exact dimensions or weight before buying
- You are choosing around a specific compatibility requirement
- You want only the lightest possible travel sleep option
The Graco On the Go Pack 'n is a strong fit for families who need a proper travel crib rather than a minimal, lightweight sleep option. Its folding bassinet, compact fold, wheels, push-button closing system, and carry bag keep the routine straightforward. The full-size bassinet also gives you an easy-to-reach and easy-to-view sleep spot for an infant, while the toy bar supports awake time. Choose it when flexible sleep space and simpler travel setup matter most.
Amazon shoppers rate it 4.8 out of 5 across 3,028 ratings. That is their number, not ours.
